Orders and Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know if we expand to new regions.
We offer free shipping on every order, no minimum required. No codes, no thresholds. Just free shipping every time.
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
We work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you need to make an adjustment, please email us at hello@purecomfrt.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to help before it ships.
We are sorry to hear that. First, we recommend checking with neighbors or building management in case it was left nearby. If the package still cannot be located, please email us at hello@purecomfrt.com and we will look into it and do our best to make it right.
Subscriptions
When you choose Monthly Delivery at checkout, you are enrolled in a recurring subscription. Your order will automatically process and ship every 30 days at the discounted subscription price. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal so you are never caught off guard.
You are in full control of your subscription at all times. Log into your account and navigate to your subscription settings to skip a shipment, pause deliveries, or cancel at any time with no fees or penalties. If you have trouble locating these options, email us and we will walk you through it.
Yes. Log into your account to swap your subscription product, update your shipping address, or change your payment method at any time. If you need assistance, reach out to our support team and we will help you make the change.
Your card is charged on the same date each month, 30 days from your original order date. You will receive an email notification before each billing cycle so you have time to make any changes before the order processes.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order of any PureComfrt product. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, email us and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked. We cannot accept returns on opened products, but you will not need to send anything back.
Simply email us at hello@purecomfrt.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience. Our team will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
We are sorry about that. Please email us a photo of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
Products and Usage
Take 1 capsule twice daily, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal. For best results, take with 6 to 8 ounces of water. Each bottle contains 60 capsules, which is a 30-day supply.

Store your capsules at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not refrigerate unless the label specifically instructs you to. Keep out of reach of children.
PureComfrt products are formulated for adults 18 and older. They should not be given to children under 18 without guidance from a licensed healthcare provider.

Log into your account and navigate to your account settings to update your shipping address, email, or payment details. For subscription-specific changes, go to your subscription management section. If you need help, email us and we will assist you directly.
Click the account icon at the top of the page, select Log In, and then click Forgot Password. Enter the email address associated with your account and we will send you a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
